基于响应面法通用旋转设计的铣削参数对能效影响研究

摘    要:为了研究铣削参数对铣削过程能效的影响规律,提出了一种铣削加工能耗建模方法.采用通用旋转组合设计试验方法,以较少试验次数,达到加工过程参数最优效果;建立了304不锈钢铣削参数与加工过程能效的二阶响应模型,运用方差分析检验模型的拟合性,通过分析各因素影响效应找到各参数对铣削过程能效的影响规律.

Abstract:To study the influence of milling parameters on energy efficiency in the milling process,this paper presents an energy consumption model for milling. A second-order response surface model is established between the milling parameters of 304 Stainless Steel and energy efficiency by using the general quadratic rotary regression with fewer experiments,and analysis of variance is used to test its goodness of fit. The influence of different parameters on the energy efficiency of the milling process is worked out by analyzing the effect of each factor.
