| 摘 要： | 目的]为了解天祝白牦牛肠道中是否存在有益菌——枯草芽孢杆菌。方法]从外表健康的待宰白牦牛直肠中无菌采集粪便,在实验室条件下选用不同的培养基对白牦牛肠道内的细菌进行分离纯化,并挑取可疑的单个菌落进行涂片染色和生化反应试验,根据菌落、菌体特征及生化反应。结果]表明:白牦牛肠道内存在枯草芽孢杆菌。之后将此菌按不同剂量分别给小鼠腹腔注射,通过对小鼠的临床症状及各器官解剖病理变化的观察。结论]确定从白牦牛肠道内分离得到的枯草芽孢杆菌是安全的。

| Abstract: | ObjectivelTo test whether there was a beneficial bacteria-Bacillus subtilis in Intestinal of White yak. MethodlBacillus subtilis was isolated from excrement and urine from intestinal of the slaughter healthy White yak, then it was purified using the microbe methods. ResultlThere was the Bacillus subtilis. Then the safety experiment was carried out in mice using different doses, and the observation of clinical symptoms and pathological change showed were safe. Conclusionlthe isolated and purified Bacillus subtilis from Intestinal of White yak was safe. |
