| 摘 要： | 为了探索雄性毛白杨(Populus tomentosa Carr.)的扦插繁殖技术,以雄性毛白杨为材料,对其进行了不同处理的生根研究。结果表明,雄性毛白杨硬枝扦插时,选择当年生充分木质化的枝条作插条,选择中部的枝段作插穗,流水处理48 h,以沙壤土与草炭为基质,用200 mg/kg的生根剂ABT1处理10 s,在2月下旬至3月中旬进行扦插,能获得86.7%的成活率。雄性毛白杨嫩枝扦插时,适宜扦插时间为5月下旬至7月下旬;选用带1~2片叶的中上部插穗,用200 mg/kg的生根剂ABT1处理10 s,能够获得85.8%~95.2%的成活率。生根剂方面,首选ABT1,次选NAA,最后选IBA。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the cutting propagation technology of Populus tomentosa Carr.,taking P. tomentosa Carr. as ma-terial,the experiment was conducted to study the effects of different treatments on cutting propagation survival rate of P. to-mentosa Carr.. The results showed that,the hard branch cutting times was form late February until middle March in one year, the appropriate cutting parts was central branch,soaking in water for 48 h,the matrix was sand loam and peat,treated for 10 s by 200 mg/kg ABT1,the cutting propagation survival rate of P. tomentosa Carr. could reach up to 86.7%. The twig cutting propagation time was form late May until late June in one year,appropriate cutting parts was central branch with 1 to 2 leaves,treated for 10 s by 200 mg/kg ABT1,the cutting propagation survival rate of P. tomentosa Carr. for 85.8%~95.2% was obtained. When choosing rooting agent,the first choice was ABT1,the second choice was NAA,and the third choice was IBA. |
