| 摘 要： | 为澄清猪、牛、羊肉孢子虫病在豫南地区的发病情况,我们近年来分别从豫南地区各县市(共2市18县)集贸市场采取肉样,分别通过肉眼检查、压片镜检和石蜡切片镜检,检查猪、牛、羊肉孢子虫的感染率、感染强度、感染部位和进行虫体包囊形态及病理形态学等方面的研究。通过本项研究,澄清了豫南地区猪、牛、羊肉孢子虫的感染率、感染强度;在易感部位和采样部位的确定方面有新的发现并提出了新的见解;查清了本病在豫南地区高发的主要原因,并制定出了必要的检验方法和综合性的防治措施。

| Abstract: | In this-years, we collected lots of muscle samples from the markets in this area ( 2 cities and 18 counties) ,and then investigated the rate,intensity and location infected by sarcosyst in pig,cattle and sheep with macroscopy and microscopy; oberseved the sarcosyst morphology and pathology.The result shows the rate, intensity of infection and the reason of higher pothogensis in pig,cattle and sheep in this area; gives a new review on susceptible location and determination of the collected sample location, and the essential examination method and composite control measure. |
