肥料三要素对玉米杂交制种的生理作用

摘    要:通过田间试验,测定玉米杂交制种的缺少氮、磷、钾肥条件下,与氮磷钾充足条件相比较,其种子产量,幼苗生理素质、叶面积指数(LAI)、净同化率(NAR)、光合势、子粒灌浆速度以及植株体和子粒中氮磷钾含量的变化情况.结果表明,肥料中的氮磷钾三要素对玉米杂交制种产量具有显著影响.其生理学机制在于这些营养元素能够显著地影响玉米杂交制种的幼苗生理素质、光合作用、物质形成与积累、养分吸收与存贮,从而影响制种产量.这种因缺乏某些主要营养元素而影响玉米杂交制种生长发育和生理机能,最终导致种子产量变化的机制符合植物生理学关于"主要营养元素作为植物体内成分并调节植物生理功能"的一般原理,为完善玉米杂交制种的施肥技术,提高其施肥水平提供了科学依据。

Abstract:By way of experiment on field,change of yield of seed ,physiological quality of seedling,leaf area index(LAI),net assimiation rate(NAR),photosynthesis potential,grain-filling rates and content of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium in plant and grain of producing maize hybid seed were measured by the authors under condition of lacking nitrogenous fertlizer,phosphate fertilizer,potash fertilizer as compared with complete of those fertilizers Its rustults showed that three kinds of major elements of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in fertilizer possessed marked affection for yield of producing maize hybird seed Its physiological mechanism is these nutritonal elements can affect markedly physiogical quality of seedling,function of photosynthesis,formation and accumulation of matter,assimilation and store of nutriment,thus cause change of its yield this mechanism of affecting growth and development and physiological function of pronducing maize hybird seed,finally bring about change for its yield because of lacking some major nutrition elements related with general principle that major nutrition elements are not only regarded as composition in plant body but also regulated its physiological function in plant physiology All of these provide scientific basis for perfecting technique of applying fertilizer and raising its level in producing maize hybrid seed
