摘    要:为了解苗期水分胁迫应答蛋白表达与小麦品种(系)水旱生态型间的关系,以150份不同水旱生态型的小麦品种(系)为材料,采用正常供水和-1.0 MPa PEG-6000胁迫分别处理其幼苗72 h后,应用SDS-PAGE方法检测叶片内分子量为66.2 kDa左右的应答蛋白在不同品种(系)内的表达,分析该表达蛋白与品种(系)所属...
