高速气磁轴承主轴系统结构设计及静态特性分析

摘    要:利用主动磁轴承可提高气磁轴承的回转精度,实现高速运转的原理,笔者设计了一种高速气磁轴承主轴系统机构,并对主轴气磁轴承系统进行了数学建模,以及气磁轴承的控制方案设计,分析了气磁轴承的静态特性。该研究为改进气磁轴承的结构和提高其性能提供了理论依据。

Structure Design of High Speed Gas-Magnetic Bearings Spindle System and Static Characteristics Analysis

Abstract:The utilization of active magnetic bearings can improve the rotation accuracy of gas-magnetic bearings and realize the improvement of high speed spindle rotation accuracy. A kind of high-speed gas-magnetic bearing spindle system structure was designed, mathematical mod- eling for spindle gas-magnetic bearing system was conducted, a control scheme of gas-magnetic bearing was designed, and static characteristics of gas-magnetic bearing were analyzed. The research provides a theoretical basis for improving gas-magnetic bearing structure and its perform- ance.
