| 摘 要： | 首先分析了我国湿地退化的原因，如排水发展畜牧业、农业围垦、油田开发、湿地污染。然后根据我国湿地恢复的现状。提出今后湿地恢复的措施，如注重恢复湿地生态系统的自我再生能力，加强湿地生态恢复的评价，积极推进湿地立法、加强宣传教育、坚持法制法规建设，旨在为湿地生态恢复提供理论依据，以促进实现我国湿地的生态恢复。

| Abstract: | Reasons of wetland degradation in China were analyzed, such as drainage development of animal husbandry, pgricultural reclama- tion, oil-field development, and wetland pollution. Then, according to wetland restoration status, several measures were put forward, inclu- ding paying attention to the restoration of serf regeneration capacity, strengthening wetland ecological restoration evaluation, actively promoting the legislation of wetland, and adhering to laws and regulations construction, which aimed to provide a theoretical basis for wetland ecological restoration and promote realization of wetland ecological restoration in China. |
