金银花中9种微量元素初级形态分析

摘    要:目的]测定金银花中9种微量元素的含量。方法]采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定金银花中Cu、Cr、Fe、Mg、Mn和Zn等9种微量元素初级形态的含量。结果]金银花中Fe的含量最高,其次是Mg、Mn;而M、Co、Pb、Cr均未被检出。Cu的提取率最高,为12.82%。结论]试验对金银花微量元素初级形态进行了研究,为进一步探讨微量元素与中药药效之间的关系提供参考。

Analysis of Primary Chemical Speciation of Nine Trace Elements in Lonicera japonica

Abstract: Objective ] To determine the content of nine trace elements in Lonicera japonica. Method ] The content of primary chemical specia- tion of nine trace elements (Cu, Cr, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn et al) in Lonicera japonica was determined by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry (FAAS). Result] The results showed that the highest content of trace elements in onicerajaponica is Fe, followed by Mg, Mn, The extraction rate of Cu is higher in the medicine, which is 12.82% respectively. Conclusion] The study provides reference for further study of the relation- ship between the trace element and the medicine efficacy of herb in Lonicera japonica.
