| 摘 要： | 不同的自然以及社会经济条件是形成各种节水农作制度的基础。文章主要从自然生态、经济、社会三个方面探讨节水农作制度形成的影响因素，将所涵盖的因素又具体细分为几类，从理化机制方面以及国内外实践经验出发，科学地分析了各种因素对节水农作制度形成与发展的制约形式，建立我国旱作地区节水农作制度形成机制的基本理论框架，并提出节水农作制度综合效益评价的构想。

| Abstract: | Different natural conditions of economic and social constraints and other factors create different water-saving farming systems. Carrying out a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness, contributions of various factors together assess the rate of water-saving farming systems. The article explored the formation of water-saving farming systems of the main factors and their impact on the development of water-saving farming systems in the form of constraints,we call it mechanism of water-saving farming systems analysis.Besides,its also a help for Researching the integrated evaluation effectiveness of water-saving farming systems. |
