三唑酮对西瓜根际木霉菌与尖孢镰刀菌竞争定殖的影响

摘    要: 在尖孢镰刀菌厚垣孢子土中,接种1×106cfu/g土的木霉菌孢子,并加入4~12μg/g土三唑酮。木霉菌加各三唑酮处理的尖孢镰刀菌厚垣孢子在西瓜根际的萌发率低于不加药的木霉菌对照,并与三唑酮剂量成反比;尖孢镰刀菌的根际竞争指数,以及在绝大部分根段根际的种群密度也低于不加药的木霉菌对照;而在上述条件下木霉菌的根际竞争指数以及在某些根段根际的种群密度十分接近或超过不加药的木霉菌对照。本文还讨论了不同木霉菌量和不同尖孢镰刀菌量条件下,三唑酮剂量对木霉菌和病原尖孢镰刀菌在西瓜根际竞争定殖的影响。

Abstract:Soil enriched with chlamydospore of Fusarium oxysporum was inoculated with conidia suspension of Trichoderma harzianum with the inculanum concentration of 1×10 6cfu/g soil and treated with triadimefon at 4-12 μg/g soil. The germination rate of chlamydospore of F. oxysporum in the treatments with Trichoderma and triadimefon were lower than Trichoderma treatment alone and varied inversely along with the change of the fungicide concentration. The rhizosphere competence index of F. oxysporum and its population density in some parts of watermelon root were lower than those of Trichoderma treatment without the fungicide. The rhizosphere competence index of Trichoderma and its population density were very close to or higher than that of Trichoderma treatment alone, however. The effects of triadimefon concentration on the competence between F. oxysporum and T. harzianum in watermelon rhizosphere when the concentration of the antagonist and the pathogen is different in soil were discussed.
