电容法粮食物料含水率与介电常数关系研究

摘    要:粮食物料含水率是影响其介电特性的主要因素,电容法是通过粮食的介电特性来测定含水率的间接方法.试验采用圆筒式电容传感器,研究了3种粮食物料含水率与其相对介电常数的关系.试验表明,含水率与相对介电常数之间有较好的线性相关性,可以建立两者之间的数学模型.同时,不M种粮食物料的关系模型不同,相关性程度也有差异.需要建立含水率与介电常数、容积密度及环境因素等多参数之间的关系模型,才能提高电容法检测的精确度.

Abstract:Grain moisture content is the leading factor on its dielectric property.Capacitance method is an indirect way to measure moisture content based on grain dielectric property.A cylindrical capacitive sensor was used in the experiment when studying the Correlation between moisture contents and dielectric properties of three grain products.The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the two and a mathematical model could be built.Meanwhile,the model for different grain was different and ...
