基于遗传算法的摆线钢球行星减速器优化设计

摘    要:提高效率、减少能源及材料消耗足现代社会机械设计的主旋律.为此,对摆线钢球行星减速器的效率及体积优化予以研究,提供理论依据,建立了体积和效率的多目标优化数学模型,并对分目标函数权重系数进行归一化处理,利用Matlab遗传算法工具箱进行优化计算.经过多次优化计算,取得优化参数及其体积和效率值.结果表明:构建在Matlab遗传算法工具箱基础之上的机械优化设计,其优化效果显著,操作方便.

Abstract:This thesis based on the Nature biological evolution theory,and we researched on the efficiency and the volume of the cycloid ball planetary reducer.Firstly,have built volume and efficiency multiple targets optimization mathematic model,and unified the order of magnitude of the two target functions,and then carries on the optimized computation using the Matlab genetic algorithm toolbox.By many times optimize calculation,we got the parameters and the values of the volume and the efficiency,effect is fine.Hav...
