基于Adams的联合收割机拨禾轮前移范围的仿真研究

摘    要:建立了拨禾轮前移范围的数学模型,细化分析进而改进拨禾轮安装位置约束公式,提出"最小前移量"的概念.利用Adams仿真软件建立了以关键运动参数以及结构参数为设计变量的拨禾轮参数化虚拟样机,综合考虑垂直插入禾丛、稳定推送以及回弹极限条件,对拨禾轮前移范围进行仿真研究,得出不同轮速比下同时满足3个约束条件的拨禾轮前移范围.

Abstract:The mathematical model of reels' forward volumes was established,the concept of 'minimum forward volume' was proposed by refining the constrained conditions of installation location of reels.Based of the key parameters,the parameterized virtual prototype of reel was built and its dynamic simulation was made by synthetically considering of vertically inserting,steadily pushing and no-rebound.Finally,the limits of reels' forward volumes under different speed ratios were determined.
