梳齿式采棉机采收性能影响因素的试验研究

摘    要:针对梳齿式采摘器工作易堵塞、工作性能不稳定等问题,以主要影响因素梳齿间距、行走速度和拨棉轮转速为研究对象,对其进行正交试验和方差分析,确定各因素对采收性能的影响规律及较优工作参数组合.田间试验表明:当梳齿间距(两角铁中线距离)为50mill、行走速度为35m/min以及拨棉轮转速为48r/min时为最优作业组合.此条件下,该装置的采净率为95.7%,生产率为31.2kg/min,工作性能达到技术规范要求.
