玉米愈伤组织诱导影响因素的研究

摘    要:选用了6种培养基,分析了7种优良玉米自交系的愈伤组织诱导情况。结果表明,黄早4的愈伤组织诱导频率较低,不适合作为转基因研究的受体,而旱21、18-599红、8103、先早17、501和吉853的愈伤组织诱导频率较高,且生长状态也很好,是用于遗传转化的理想材料。此外,LM6是本次试验优良的培养基,除黄早4外,在所有材料中都有较高的愈伤组织诱导频率和较好的愈伤组织表型。

Abstract:In this study,six media were used to evaluate seven elite maize inbred lines on their callusinduction characteristics.The results showed that ‘Huangzao 4’had the lowest callus induction rate and was unsuitable for genetic transformation.But other materials,including ‘Han 21’,‘18-599(red)’,‘8103’,‘Xianzao17’‘,501’and‘Ji853’,had high callus induction frequency and elite callus phenotypes and could be used for transgenic researches.Moreover,LM6 had been proved the best callus initiation media,because all the experimental genotypes bu‘tHuangzao 4’showed high callus induction frequency and good phenotypes.
