| 摘 要： | 采用从Stock6单倍体诱导系中选育出的3个诱导系对4个糯玉米杂交种进行诱导,通过对诱导子粒形态和细胞学鉴定,探索其在糯玉米单倍体育种应用的可能性。结果得出:3个单倍体诱导系的诱导率差异极显著,以Stock6-1诱导率最高为7.27%;4个糯玉米杂交种被诱导率差异极显著,以糯玉米杂交种199被诱导率最高为6.86%;对紫顶白胚的拟单倍体种子进行细胞学鉴定,染色体条数为10条的种子占57%,染色体条数为20条的种子占43%。研究表明,糯玉米单倍体育种能提高糯玉米育种效率,应加强这方面的研究并尽快应用于实践。
