| 摘 要： | 以"美中红"番木瓜的实生苗顶芽和成年结果的两性株或雌性株的侧芽作外植体,对番木瓜的外植体消毒方法进行筛选试验。结果表明,适合番木瓜快速繁殖的外植体是温室成年树切顶后萌发的侧芽,最好的表面消毒方法是将采集的外植体切去叶片后用酒精棉花将芽表面擦抹干净,特别要注意把叶痕处抹干净,接着在75%酒精中浸泡1 min,用1.5%NaClO消毒10 min后,在1%AgNO3溶液中浸泡10 min,最后用无菌水冲洗5次。 |

| Abstract: | The meristem,lateral buds and seedlings of Papaya plants with bisexual or female flowers were taken as the explants for studying the methods of explant disinfection.The best explants for mass propagation were the new lateral buds from the adult trees in the green house.The best method of the surface disinfection was that the explants with the leaves removed,especially the cicatricle,were brushed with alcohol cotton,subsequently immersed in 75% alcohol for 1 minute,followed by disinfected with 1.5% sodium hypochlorite for 10 minutes,and then disinfected with 1% AgNO3 for 10 minutes,finally rinsed with sterile water five times. |
