摘    要:建立了微波辅助萃取(MAE)与气相色谱(GC)联用测定草莓中残留有机磷农药的方法。该方法同当前执行的国标方法相比,有机溶剂用量少,操作简便,提取液无须严格净化便可进行GC分析,大大提高了分析速度。结果表明,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,用量为25 mL,萃取温度50℃,时间为10 min时,萃取效果最佳。5种有机磷农药的0.5 mg/kg和1.0 mg/kg加标回收率均在87.99%以上,相对标准偏差在3.0%~8.8%之间,能满足当前蔬菜、水果中有机磷残留的检测要求。

Abstract:The MAE and GC were jointly used to detect the organic phosphorous pesticide residue in strawberry.Compared with the current international techniques,this methord was easier to operate,used less solvent and was unneeded to strictly purify the solvent extract,so the analytical speed was greatly enhanced.The recovery rates of five organic phosphorous pesticides were all over 87.99% and the RSD was 3.0%-8.8%,which could meet the detection requirement of organic phosphorous residue in vegetables and fruits.
