香蕉试管苗大田植株染色体变异的调查研究

摘    要:对香蕉试管苗大田植株随机取样进行染色体变异的检测分析,发现染色体变异株的比例平均达65.7%,其中最低50%,最高87.5%,混倍体是是的主要类型,约占46%,而非整倍体居次,约占19%。对试管苗大田植株同工酶变异的比较分析,发现变异性最大的酶是苹果酸脱氢酶,最小的是脂酶,由平均每位点等位基因有效数(Ae)反映出的群体的分化程度显示,各群体分化程度不一致。聚类分析结果表明,同一苗厂的苗的相对遗传距

Abstract:A special type of variation-concealed variation, which is of chromosomal aberra tion but almost normal phenotype, has a great effect on the problem of variation in the production of banana vitroplans. By means of examining chromosme and isozymes(EST, MDH,POX),the recessive variants of the field vitropants were investigated, the main results were as follows:The investigations of chromosome 8howed: The mean ratio bf chromosome variant was up to 65.7%, the lowest was 50 % and the highest was 87.5 %. The extent of variation was not related to the cultivar, but to the seedlings factory. The major type of variation was mixploid accounting for 46 %, followed by aneuploid accounting for about 19 %. The investigations of isozymes showed that the variety of MDH was the largest while EST the smallest among the three isozymes. The four groups were different each other in the colony differentiation. The result of clustering analysis showed that the relative genetic distance of the groups which came from the same seedling factory was nearer than that from others.
