石香薷挥发油成分分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏和GC-MS联用技术,对石香薷Moslachinensis挥发性成分进行提取、分离和鉴定,鉴定了34种成分,含量最高的为百里香酚,占83.32%,其次为1-甲基-4-异丙烯苯,占6.14%,乙酸百里酯占2.32%。在34种成分中,酚类占总量的85%,苯类占7.32%,烯类占3.80%:图1表1参12

Abstract:With hydrodistillation and GC-MS, the volatile oil extracted from Mosla chinensis was separated and studied. Of 34 identified components, the most abundant component was thymol, accounting for 83.32% ; p-eymene and aeetylthymol accounted for 6, 14% and 2.32% respectively. Of the 34 components, phenol compound accounted for 85% and benzene accounted for 7.32% and alkene accounted for 3.80%. Ch, 1 fig. 1 tab. 12 ref. ]
