| 摘 要： | 高质量的DNA和RNA是分子生物学实验顺利进行的基础。本文首次针对CTAB法提取芝麻DNA和RNA的效果进行了研究，在此基础上改进了提取程序和相关技术参数，总结出一套可同步提取高质量芝麻DNA与RNA的方法。利用该方法提取的DNA及RNA经RAPD、SSR、SRAP、DDRT—PCR、AFLP、cDNA—AFLP等分子试验验证，质量好，符合后续试验的要求。这套方法为顺利开展芝麻分子生物学研究奠定了基础。
