| 摘 要： | 从解读建设社会主义新农村宏观政策入手,以江西省高安市八景镇上保蔡家村整治规划为例,对村庄整治规划方法进行了探讨。认为在新农村建设中的村庄整治规划要在规划理念和手法上加以创新,探索出一种既能适应其经济发展水平,又能满足村民需求的新农村建设模式,类似蔡家村的这种改进型的整治规划,其关键是要因地制宜、突出乡土特色。
