摘    要:水稻初级三体在水稻遗传育种中起着重要的作用.其归属鉴定通常用Shastry(1960)的粗线期核型分析方法,但这种方法在实际操作中有一定的难度,不易得到分散好的粗线期染色体分裂相.本研究首次尝试利用三体株和正常株同源染色体间DNA含量的差异,用分子标记的手段将量的差异转为自显影带的差异原理去鉴定三体,发现此鉴定结果与粗线

Abstract:The primary trisomics of rice play an important role in study of genet ics and breeding of rice. Researchers always identify primary trisomics by the k aryotype analysis of pachtene firstly used by Shastry(1960). But this method is not easy to obtain good result because it needs superb skill. In this study, a n ew way to identify primary trisomics was used. It makes use of the difference in the quantity of homologous DNA between primary trisomics and diploid rice and d emonstrated the difference with molecular marker. The identification result by m olecular marker is the same as that by karyotype analysis. This method is credib le and quick, so it will be a new and useful means to identify primary trisomics
