溴化锂对玉米和大豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为了解溴化锂对农作物的毒性,以玉米、大豆为材料。研究了不同浓度溴化锂处理对其种子萌发的影响.结果表明,10^-3mol/L的溴化锂明显抑制种子的萌发。但玉米的抗性相对较强.低浓度溴化锂污染的土壤能促进作物生长。当土壤中溴化锂质量浓度为40mg/kg时,对大豆生长产生抑制,降低了大豆叶片的叶绿素含量和根系脱氢酶活性,当溴化锂质量浓度达到100mg/kg时。大豆几乎不能生长.当土壤中的溴化锂质量浓度大于100mg/kg时。才会对玉米的生长产生不良影响。降低了玉米叶片的叶绿素含量和根系脱氢酶活性。溴化锂质量浓度达到200mg/kg时,玉米几乎不能生长.

Abstract:This article probes into the effects of LiBr on the seed germination of maize an d soybean.Results show that the concentration of LiBr exceeding 10~(-3) mol/ L significantly inhibites the seed germination. At the sam e time, pot experiments is carried out to study the effects of LiBr on the leaf chlorophyll content and the dehydrogenase activity in the root systems of maize and soybean. The results indicate that a lower concentration level of LiBr in so il promotes the growth of maize and soybean; a higher concentration level in soi l (exceeding 40 mg/kg) inhibites the growth of soybean, decreasing the leaf chlo rophyll content and inhibits the dehydrogenase activity in the root systems. Wh en the concentration reaches 100 mg/kg, the soybean could hardly grow. The resis tance of maize is stronger than soybean's. The growth of maize does not signific antly affect until the concentration soars 100 mg/kg in soil. When the concentr ation reaches 200 mg/kg, the maize can hardly grow.
