| 摘 要： | 以锥栗6个类型16个单株为接穗,野生锥栗、板栗、大果锥栗、麻栎为砧木,选择不同立地条件地块,研究影响锥栗嫁接成活率因子.结果表明不同锥栗品种类型、嫁接时间、砧木、圃地条件、剪砧方法对锥栗嫁接成活率均存在较大影响.嫁接时间以秋季9月底到10月上旬和春季萌芽前1个月最好;宜选择排水良好的山脚梯田;在芽萌动时离接芽25cm第1次剪砧,接芽抽出20～25cm后在其上部2cm处第2次剪砧最好;砧木宜用野生锥栗及本砧,板栗、麻栎不适宜作锥栗砧木.

| Abstract: | The 16 individual trees from six cultivars of Castanea henryi were used as scion and native Qing Yuan native Castanea henryi,Chinese chestnut,big fruit Castanea henryi,and Quercus acutissinm were used as stock to study the factors influencing graft survival of Castanea henryi in this paper.The results showed that the factors of Castanea henryi cultivars,grafting time,stock,site conditions,and methods of cutting scion had great influences on graft survival of Castanea henryi.Graft time was best from the end of September to the first ten-day of October or one month before germination in spring.The nursery field was better to select terrace with good drainage condition.Repeated cutting scion was best.The first cutting was at a place of 20 cm away from the bud and second was at 2cm from top when the graft bud drawing out 20~25 cm.The native small Castanea henryi and free stock were the same better,but Chinese chestnut and Quercus acutissium were not suitable for its stock. |
