复合保水剂对盐碱地冬小麦旗叶光合、衰老及产量的影响

摘    要:为探究复合保水剂对盐碱地冬小麦旗叶光合、衰老及产量的影响,以济麦44为试验材料,设置了5个不同处理:不施保水剂(CK)、分别施用15、30、45 kg·hm-2复合保水剂(T1、T2、T3)和施用30 kg·hm-2凹凸棒石保水剂(T4)。研究结果表明,施用复合保水剂能够促进盐碱地冬小麦的生长发育,提高小麦旗叶光合作用和抗氧化酶活性。在本试验条件下,T2处理的效果最好。与CK相比,收获期T2的地上部干物质量显著提升了23.08%~24.90%,花后28 d T2的旗叶净光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量和SOD活性分别提升了28.14%~29.35%、19.22%~22.71%、22.54%~33.47%和41.81%~49.52。在开花期,T2的POD活性显著高于CK 31.85%~34.38%(P<0.05)。在花后14 d, T2的MDA含量显著低于CK 23.80%~25.39%(P<0.05)。施用等量复合保水剂比凹凸棒石保水剂效果更好。T2在两年内的产量分别达到了7 161 kg·hm-2和7 210...

Abstract:To investigate the effects of compound water\|retaining agent on photosynthesis, senescence characteristics and yield of flag leaf of winter wheat in saline\|alkali land, Jimai 44 was used as experimental material. Five different treatments were set up including no water retaining agent (CK), 15 kg·hm-2 compound water retaining agent (T1), 30 kg·hm-2 compound water retaining agent (T2), 45 kg·hm-2 compound water retaining agent (T3), and 30 kg·hm-2 attapulgite water retaining agent(T4). The results showed that the application of water retention agents promoted the growth and development of saline winter wheat and improved the photosynthesis and antioxidant enzyme activities of wheat flag leaves. T2 showed the best overall effect. Compared with CK, the aboveground dry biomass of T2 was significantly increased by 23.08%~24.90% at harvest, and the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content, and SOD activity of flag leaf of T2 were increased by 28.14%~29.35%, 19.22%~22.71%, 22.54%~33.47%, and 41.81%~49.52%, respectively, at 28 d after anthesis. At anthesis stage, the POD activity of T2 was significantly higher than that of CK by 31.85%~34.38%. At 14 d after anthesis, the MDA content of T2 was significantly lower than that of CK by 23.80%~25.39%. The equivalent amount of the water retention complex was more effective than that of concanavalin. T2 achieved 7 161 kg·hm-2 and 7 210 kg·hm-2 in two years, which were significantly higher than CK by 14.4% and 13.3%, respectively. The 30 kg·hm-2 of the water retention complex (T2) alleviated the adverse effects of salinity stress on photosynthesis and senescence characteristics of wheat plants, promoted wheat growth and development and improved yield.
