| 摘 要： | 新兴的读者决策采购(PDA)模式,使图书馆藏资源建设更接近于公共性选择。但PDA模式在文献资源建设中存在的不足也不能忽视。用户权重的引入,让PDA模式更具科学化,让资源建设体系结构更合理,资源利用率更高,更体现以人为本。让图书馆更好的践行读者第一的根本任务,更好的让读者参与到资源建设中去。

| Abstract: | As a new mode, Patron Driven Acquisitions (PDA) makes library resource construction more close to public choice. But the lack of PDA mode at present in the construction of literature resource can not be ignored. The introduction of user weight, has made PDA model more scientific, the resource construction system more reasonable, with higher resource utilization rate and people-oriented development, which can let the library better practice the basic task of readers first, and readers participate in the construction of resource. |
