| 摘 要： | 在系统梳理国内公共图书馆服务能力评价现状的基础上,构建出中国地市级公共图书馆能力建设评价体系,包括2个一级指标、6个二级指标、21个三级指标。然后使用2016年湖北省统计年鉴数据,采用灰色关联度评价法,以湖北省11个地市级公共图书馆为例,对地市级公共图书服务能力进行实证评价研究。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the review on service capacity evaluation of domestic public libraries, this paper built the municipal library capacity evaluation system, including two first-class indexes, six second-class indexes and twenty-one third-class indexes. Then, it selected eleven municipal libraries in Hubei province as samples from Statistical Yearbook of Hubei 2016 and performed Grey relevancy analysis to conduct the empirical research on the evaluation system. |
