| 摘 要： | 应用扫描电镜技术，对健康和人工感染马立克氏病雏鸡外周血液淋巴细胞形态对比观察结果表明：健康雏鸡外周血液淋巴细胞形态和哺乳动物的相似，但缺乏典型的绒毛型型淋巴细胞；接种马立克氏病强毒后３０～４０天，外周血液淋巴细胞几乎全是光滑型淋巴细胞；说明马立克氏病毒对鸡外周血液淋巴细胞有一定的损伤作用。

| Abstract: | Peripheral lymphocytes from normal chicken and form chicken xperimenta-lly infected with virulent MD virus were exanuned by scanning electron nucroscopy。According to the morphology of ceil surface,lympheeytes from normal chicken were similar to mammals’,but absent typical villose lympheeytes. 30～40th day after infec-ted with MDV,the percentage of the lympheeytes of the relatively smooth on the surface eXtremely increased. The results also showed that MDV has certain effect of impairment on lymphocytes of peripheral blood. |
