| 摘 要： | 山区主导产业一般是以当地的区位条件和资源状况为基础发展起来的，茶业与旅游业便是这种内源性生长的典型。这些产业在促进当地经济快速发展的同时，其自身也存在分头单向发展的问题，不利于当地资源效益和比较优势的充分发挥，需要包容协作、共享资源，以实现产业优势互补、协同发展。文章以秭归县九畹溪镇为例，分析了山区茶业和旅游业发展的现状及协同发展的基础，提出了茶业和旅游业协同发展的三大基本策略，即价值认同、战略规划和路径选择。

| Abstract: | Leading industry in mountainous area usually uses its local conditions and resource states as a base for development. Tea industry and tourism are models of this endogenous growth. When these industries promote the local economy into rapid development, their own evolve in a one-way problem, which restricts the full play of local resource benefits and comparative advantages. Cooperation, involvement, and sharing resources can help achieve complementary advantages and coordinate development. The present paper used Jiuwanxi Town Zigui County as a case to analyze the current developing situation of tea industry and tourism in mountainous area and also the foundation for coordinate development. It proposed three basic strategies for the coordinate development of tea industry and tourism, that is, value recognition, strategic planning, and path selection. |
