新型抑菌剂K3对青枯菌的抑制作用研究

摘    要:目的]进一步验证K3的抑菌效果。方法]采用平板抑菌法检测了K3和农用链霉素对2011年采集的24个青枯菌样本的抑菌效果。结果]6.0 mg/L K3对福建泰宁、三明烟草试验站、清流、尤溪、明溪、将乐、建宁,广东湖口、马市,安徽寒亭、万全、黄渡、临泉,湖南岚角、夏层,陕西乾县,江西石城,贵州余庆(1)18个县区青枯菌的抑制率为100%。8.0 mg/L农用链霉素对福建泰宁、三明烟草试验站、尤溪、明溪、将乐、建宁,广东湖口、马市,安徽寒亭、万全、黄渡、临泉,湖南岚角、夏层,陕西乾县,贵州余庆(1)16个县区青枯菌的抑制率为100%。1.0 mg/L K3对福建清流、广东马市、湖南岚角、安徽青阳、江西石城、贵州余庆(1)青枯菌的抑制率显著高于同等浓度的农用链霉素;2.0 mg/L K3对福建将乐、安徽临泉青枯菌的抑制率高于同等浓度的农用链霉素。结论]为有效防治青枯菌提供了理论依据。

Inhibition Effect of Novel Anti-bacterial Agent K3 against Ralstonia solanacearum

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to further verify the inhibitory effect of K3.Method] The inhibitory effects of K3 and agri-streptomycin on 24 strains of Ralstonia solanacearum collected in 2011 were further verified by using suspension-dilution and plate-count method.And compare different inhibitory strength between K3 and Agri-streptomycin.Result] K3 at 6.0 mg/L had 100% inhibition on strains of R.solancearum from Taining,Mingxi,Tobacco Experiment Station of Sanming,Qingliu,Youxi,Jiangle,Jianning,Hanting,Wanquan,Huangdu,Linquan,Hukou,Mashi,Lanjiao,Xiaceng,Qianxian,Shicheng and Yuqing(1).Agri-streptomycin at 8.0 mg/L had 100% inhibition on strains of R.solancearum from Taining,Mingxi,Tobacco Experiment Station of Sanming,Youxi,Jiangle,Jianning,Hanting,Wanquan,Huangdu,Linquan,Hukou,Mashi,Lanjiao,Xiaceng,Qianxian and Yuqing(1).The inhibition rates of K3 at 1.0 mg/L on strains of R.solancearum from Qingliu,Mashi,Lanjiao,Qingyang,Shicheng and Yuqing(1) were significantly higher than those of agri-streptomycin at the same concentration,and the inhibition rates of K3 at 2.0 mg/L on strains of R.solancearum from Jiangle and Linquan were also higher than those of agri-streptomycin at the same concentration.Conclusion] The research results provide theoretical basis for the effective control of R.solancearum.
