摘    要:黄土高原是中国旱地农业的重要实施区域,降水是其农业生产的主要水分来源。然而该区不仅年降水量有限,而且分布不均,夏季多大雨、暴雨,加之地形起伏不平,致使有限的降水资源大部分化为非目标性输出;储存在土壤里的降水通过蒸发大量损失;且现行的种植业结构及作物种群大多数用水效率低,农民科技素质低;更为普遍的是,土壤肥力低下,耕作管理粗放,严重制约了有限降水的资源化。

Abstract:Loess plateau is the important implement region of dry land agriculture in our country,and the water source of agriculture production mainly depends on precipitation.But the precipitation in this region is not only limited,but also badly-distributed;Many heavy rains and torrential rains,in addition to not level topography,cause much waste of limited precipitation resource;Much loss in saved precipitation through evaporation in soil,and the poor science and technology quality of farmer's;Besides,the low efficiency of utilization of water exists in current cropping system and most crop communities;More generally,the low soil nourishment and the increasing use of land to expand production on farming management strongly restrict the utilization of limited precipitation resource.
