摘    要:从棉花根、茎、叶部组织中分离到19株对棉花黄萎病菌大丽轮枝菌有枯抗作用的细菌,其中抑菌圈直径大于20mm的菌株1株.直径10~20mm之间的菌株5株,直径小于10mm的菌株13株.分离自棉花叶部组织的LC-04菌株对大丽轮枝菌V-190菌株生长的抑制作用最强.通过时LC-04菌株菌体形态、菌落特征的观察和一系列生理生化试验分析,该菌株鉴定为类芽孢杆菌属细菌.

Abstract:The endophytic bacteria strains were isolated from the different cotton tissue, such as stems, leaves, roots which were treated with surface sterilization technology after washing. 19 strains which had antagonistic activities against Verticillium dahliae Kleb were obtained. The results showed that there was one strain whose inhibition zone diameter was above 20mm , five strains between 10mm and 20mm, thirteen strains in 10mm.
