| 摘 要： | 经过20多年的改革开放,中国的经济发展取得了骄人的成绩,全国人均GDP超过了1 200美元。但是,同时也出现了城乡差别、区域差别、贫富差别不断扩大等一系列问题。因此,实行工业反哺农业、城市支持农村,推进社会主义新农村建设势在必行。但在社会主义新农村建设的过程中要从实际出发,要有科学的规划以及严格的制度作保障,严防新农村的建设流于形式。

| Abstract: | After more than 20 years reform and open policy,China's economical development has obtained great achievement,GDP per person has surpassed 1,200 US dollars.At the same time a series of problems such as the differences between urban and rural,the region difference,the difference between the rich and poor and so on has appeared.Therefore,the feedback from industry to the agriculture and the support from city to countryside are imperative.Thus,the process of socialistic new rural econstruction must embark from the reality,and have the scientific plan as well as the strict system. |
