西南地区东部洪涝与大尺度环流的关系研究

摘    要:利用西南地区东部降水观测资料和NCEP/NCER再分析资料,分析了1961~2012年西南地区东部洪涝年际变化特征,研究了西南地区东部洪涝典型年份大尺度环流合成特征以及水汽输送对其降水的影响、结果表明,西南地区东部夏季降水主要降雨型是西多东少,总体呈上升趋势;中高纬由乌拉尔山高压脊、亚州东部高压脊以及贝加尔湖至巴尔喀什湖之间的低压槽形成的两脊一槽的环流型与西南地区东部洪涝年密切相关,这是导致西南地区东部降水偏多的主要环流背景;夏季风向北面以及西面输送的水汽扩展强度是否减弱是西南地区东部水资源变化的重要原因.

Research on the Relationship between Floods and Large-scale Circulation over the East Part of Southwest China

Abstract:Based on the observed data in the east part of southwest China and the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data, the interannual variation lealures of the flood in this area during 1961 -2012 were investigated and the large-scale circulation in typical flood years were studied. The water raver transportation features were further discussed. Results show that the characteristics of distribution of summer precipitation in Ihe east is more in the wt,stem part and less in the eastern part, summer precipitation in east part indicates a rising trend in the east parl of southwest China. Fhsxl in the west of Ihe east part of snuthwest China is asso('iated with the circulation pattern that two ridges located Uml and the east of Asia re- speetively, and a trough between Balkhash amt Baykal. This pal/era favors the flood of the east part of southwesl China. The weakness of northward and westward expansion of the water vaprr transpmt with summer monsoon has an impovlant influence on the variation of precipitation in the region, and the variation of the precipitation further affects the change of water resource.
