摘    要:目的]采用GC-MS分析长柱金花茶脂溶性成分.方法]通过硅胶层析柱法分离纯化长柱金花茶石油醚部位,提取其脂溶性成分,并对其进行甲酯化预处理,采用气相色谱-质谱分析其化学成分.结果]鉴定出长柱金花茶石油醚部位中的25种脂溶性化合物,主要成分为有机酸类,占总量的39.53%,其中亚麻酸(11.16%)、棕榈酸(9.16%)、β-香树精(6.63%)、亚油酸(5.46%)含量最高.结论]为开发利用金花茶资源提供了理论依据和参考数据.

Analysis of Liposoluble Components in C.nitidissima var.longistyla by GC-MS

Abstract:Objective] Liposoluble components of C.nitidissima var.longistyla were analyzed by GC-MS.Method] Liposoluble components from C.nitidissima var.longistyla were separated and extracted by silica gel column chromatography,and the extracted substances were pretreated by means of methyl desertification and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Result] 25 components were identified.Organic acids were major chemical constituents,amounting for 39.53%,Linolenic acid(11.16%),Palmitic acid(9.16%),β-Amyrin(6.63%),Linoleic acid(5.46%) were the major components.Conclusion] The study will provide theoretical basis and reference data for development and utilization of C.nitidissima resources.
