琅琊山树舌多糖的抑菌及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:为进一步开发、利用树舌资源,对琅琊山树舌进行液体培养,获得树舌菌丝体,采用碱液提取法获得树舌多糖,研究树舌多糖对食品中常见细菌的抑制效果及其抗氧化性.结果表明:树舌多糖具有一定的抑菌性能,且对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果最好.树舌多糖有一定的清除超氧阴离子、羟自由基的能力及还原能力,且在一定浓度范围内,其抗氧化能力与多糖的质量浓度呈正相关性.

Abstract:For the further research and utilize the resources of Ganoderma Applanatum,the strains were got through spores separation and polysaccharides were extracted from mycelia through microwave extraction after liquid culture.The polysaccharide was used to investigate the bacteriostatic activity and their antioxidant effect w in terms of reducing power activity,hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radical scavenging activity.polysaccharide antibacterial and tree tongue oxidation stability.The results showed that the extract had antibacterial properties,especially to bacillus subtilis,and the polysaccharides had some superoxide anion and hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity and reducing power activity in a concentration-dependent fashion.And in a certain concentration range,its antioxidant ability and the polysaccharide is in a concentration-dependent fashion.
