| 摘 要： | 采用SWOT战略分析了裕民县旅游业的发展，初步确定以多元化战略为主，防御型战略为辅的战略模式为裕民县生态旅游业发展战略，以期协助裕民县生态旅游产业的战略决策与产业规划实施。

| Abstract: | The tourism development in Yumin County was analyzed by using SWOT strategy, the development strategy of eco-tourism industry in Yumin County was determined with diversification as the main strategy and defensive as the assistant strategy, so as to realize implementation of strategy decision-making and industry planning of eco-tourism industry in Yumin County. |
