| 摘 要： | 针对园艺产品贮藏运销学课程的教学内容、教材及参考书、教学方法、考核模式现状，从重视实验环节、枸建丰富的网络课程、灵活运用教学方法、改进考核方式几方面，提出了精品课程的建设建议。
