摘    要:目的]研究腐植酸对水稻生长及相关生理指标的影响.方法]以水稻“湘早籼45”为材料,观测不同浓度下腐植酸对水稻种子萌发、稻株生长、根系活力及叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响差异.结果]200 ~250 mg/L的腐植酸处理种子的发芽率和发芽势最高.在水稻生长的分蘖期、孕穗期和灌浆期,150~250 mg/L的腐植酸溶液培养条件下,水稻根系活力、抗氧化酶活性和总生物量均表现为最高.当腐植酸浓度高于250 mg/L时,随着浓度的增加,水稻根系活力、抗氧化酶活性和总生物量呈现下降的趋势.结论]在水稻栽培过程中,早期施用腐植酸以150~200 mg/L为宜,后期以200~ 250 mg/L为宜.

Effects of Humic Acid on Rice Growth and Related Physiological Indexes

Abstract:Objective] To study effects of humic acid on rice growth and related ohysiological indexes.Method] With Xiangzaoxian 45 as material,the effects of different concentration humic acid on rice seed germination,rice growth,roots activity and leaf antioxidase activity were observed.Result] The seed germination rate and energy is the highest treated by 200-250 mg/L humic acid.During tillering stage,booting stage and filling stage,under the culture condition of 150-200 mg/L humic acid,rice seeds activity,antioxidase activity and total biomass all performed as the highest.When humic acid concentration is higher than 250 mg/L,with the increasing of concentration,rice seeds activity,antioxidase activity and total biomass decreased.Conclusion] During rice cultivation process,150-200 mg/L humic acid should be applied in early period,200-250 mg/L in later period.
