鸡屎藤总黄酮提取及其抗氧化性分析

摘    要:【目的】对鸡屎藤总黄酮提取工艺条件进行优化,并研究其提取液的抗氧化性,为鸡屎藤的药用开发提供参考。【方法】以鸡屎藤为原料、乙醇为提取剂,采用单因素试验及正交试验,探讨溶剂浓度、提取温度、时间和料液比对鸡屎藤总黄酮提取的影响。【结果】鸡屎藤总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度40%、提取温度70 ℃、提取时间120 min、料液比1∶20(g∶mL),在此工艺条件下鸡屎藤总黄酮提取量为36.95 mg/g;当鸡屎藤总黄酮浓度为0.40 mg/mL时,对羟基自由基(·OH)的清除率为40%。【结论】乙醇浸提法是提取鸡屎藤总黄酮的有效方法,且提取液对·OH具有一定的清除效果。

Abstract:【Objective】In order to provide references for medicinal development of Chinese Fevervine Herb, this paper aimed to optimize the conditions of extracting total flavone from Chinese Fevervine Herb and study the antioxidative effect of the extracting solution. 【Method】Using Chinese Fevervine Herb as raw material and ethanol as extracting solution, the single factor test and orthogonal experiment were conducted to discuss the effects of concentration, temperature, time, and ratio of material to liquid on flavone extraction. 【Result】The best parameters were 40% ethanol, temperature of 70 ℃, extraction time of 120 min and ratio of material to liquid of 1∶20(g/mL). In this case, the rate of extraction reached up to 36.95 mg/g. When the concentration of total alkaloid was 0.4 mg/mL, the rate of scavenging hydroxyl radicals was 40%. 【Conclusion】Ethanol solvent extraction is an effective method of extracting total flavone from Chinese Fevervine Herb. And the extracting solution has certain antioxidative effect.
