| 摘 要： | 论述了干旱对植物的伤害，并从气孔调节、渗透调节、活性氧的清除、膜蛋白的保护、植物激素的调节等方面综述了植物的抗旱机制．同时也对抗旱相关基因的应用进行了论述。

| Abstract: | The harm of drought to plant was discussed,the mechanism of drought resistance of plant was summarized from stoma regulation,osmosis regulation,active oxygen scavenging,protection of membrance protein,phytohormone regulation.At the same time,the application of gene related with drought resistance was discussed. |
