| 摘 要： | 试验旨在研究包被型缓释尿素对高产奶牛泌乳性能的影响。试验采用随机分组设计,选用50头泌乳中后期、产奶量42.37kg·d^-1的荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为2组,每组25头牛。在饲喂同一饲粮的基础上,对照组饲喂豆粕500g·d^-1,试验组饲喂缓释尿素100g·d^-1。试验共计45d,预试期3d,正试期42d。结果表明,缓释尿素试验组日均产奶量比对照组高2.79kg·d^-1,但差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,缓释尿素组对乳蛋白、乳脂率的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,缓释尿素可替代豆粕所提供奶牛生产过程所需要的氮源,并提高生产性能。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of coated slow-release urea on lactation performance of high-yield dairy cows,a randomized grouping design was used to select 50 Holstein dairy cows with 42.37 kg·d^-1 milk yield in the middle and late lactation period.The dairy cows were randomly divided into two groups,25 cows in each group were repeated.On the basis of the same diet,the control group was fed with soybean meal 500 g·d^-1,and the experimental group was fed with slow-release urea 100 g·d-1.The experiment lasted 45 days,three days in advance and 42 days in the current trial.The results showed that:The average daily milk yield of the sustained-release urea group was 2.79 kg·d^-1 higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the effect of the sustained-release urea group on milk protein and milk fat rate was not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,slow-release urea can replace the nitrogen source provided by soybean meal in dairy cow production process and improve production performance. |
