| 摘 要： | 采用手术法从贵州小香猪、广西小型猪、西双版纳小耳猪和五指山小型猪子宫内回收早期胚胎 ,结果 4个品种小型猪的胚胎回收率分别为 79 6 %、77 5 %、79 3 %和 80 8% ;头均采卵数分别为 5 5± 2 5、5 6± 1 8、3 8± 1 2和 7 0± 1 0 ,各组间无显著差异。分别用PMSG +hCG法和PMSG +PG +hCG法对小型猪进行超数排卵 ,结果表明PMSG +PG +hCG法的头均排卵数 (12 2± 4 9)明显高于PMSG +hCG法 (2 0± 5 3 ,P <0 0 5 )

| Abstract: | Four stocks of mini pig (Guizhou, Guangxi, Xishuangbanna, and Wuzhishan mini pig) were used for the recovery of embryos. The recovery rate of embryos was 79 6%, 77 5%, 79 3% and 80 8% respectively. There are no differences among these four groups (P>0 05). Two superovulation methods (PMSG+hCG method and PMSG+PG+hCG method) were used, it is found that the mean number of ovulation per pig using PMSG+PG+hCG (12 2±4 9) is significantly higher than that using PMSG+hCG (2 0±5 3, P<0 05). |
