剑麻对铁矿尾矿库土壤修复的试验研究

摘    要:[目的] 评价尾矿库污染程度及剑麻对重金属污染的修复效果。[方法] 通过野外调查和实验室分析对海南省昌江石碌铁矿尾矿库污染程度进行评价,并将2种剑麻品种H.11648和毛里求斯分别种于对照土壤与2个尾矿库土壤上,观察其对植株生长的影响。[结果] 参照土壤污染国家2级标准和该地区土壤污染背景值,除Cr、Ni、Pb外,所有重金属均存在不同程度的污染,其中2个尾矿库Cd、Fe污染程度达到重度。种植剑麻后,各处理条件下,叶片吸收各重金属含量依次为Mn、Fe、Zn,其次为Pb、Ni和Cu、Co、Cr、As和Hg最低;根系中,以Fe、Mn、Zn含量较高, Cu、Pb、Ni含量其次,As、Cr、Co、Hg含量较低。[结论] H.11648修复污染土壤比毛里求斯更具有优势。
