| 摘 要： | 针对动物保种群的特点，指出了现行群体有效含量估计方法之不足；提出在估计保种群有效含量时应同时考虑来自群体数量结构与亲缘关系两个方面因素的影响；在改变了理想群体一个条件的前提下，推导出亲缘群有效含量的估计公式：1/Nc=2/3N(1 1/N∑i=1^2N∑j=i 1^2N Fij)或Nc=1.5N/1 1/Ni∑i=1^2N∑j=i 1^2NFij还给出保种群在两性数目不等情况下有效含量的估计方法，并通过举例演示了运用新公式的具体计算过程。

| Abstract: | The effect from the quantitative structure and the relative correlations should be taken into consideration on estimation of the effective size of the population based on the peculiarity in the conserved population. With a condition of the ideal population being changed, the modified formula of the effective size for relative population was as follows: or , and the estimating method for conserved population with unequilibrium gender proportion was also proposed in this paper. The application of this method was illustrated by a numerical example. |
