| 摘 要： | 用正交设计法研究了不同植物生长调节剂处理对核桃子叶胚性愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,植物生长调节剂影响核桃子叶胚性愈伤组织诱导的因素大小为6-BA>KT>IBA,其最佳诱导培养基为DKW+6-BA 1.3 mg/L+KT 2.2 mg/L+IBA 0.02 mg/L。

| Abstract: | Effects of various plant growth substances on callus induction of walnut cotyledon were studied by orthogonal design.The results indicated that the subsequence of factors influenced callus induction was 6-BA>KT>IBA,and the optimal medium for embryogenic callus induction was DKW +6-BA 1.3mg/L+KT 2.2mg/L+IBA 0.02mg/L. |
