摘    要:为了解奶牛场环境中蚊蝇体内携带细菌的情况,从贵阳市 4个规模化奶牛场采集蚊子和苍蝇各34只进行细菌的分离与鉴定.结果表明:从21只蚊子和33只苍蝇体内分离到细菌,检出率分别为 61.76%和97.1%;在分离的53株细菌中,鉴定为大肠埃希氏菌的有5株、克雷伯氏菌3株、志贺氏菌4株、肠杆菌1株、表皮葡萄球菌6株、腐生葡萄球菌2株和未定种32株.结果可为奶牛场细菌性疾病的综合防治提供科学数据.

Abstract:To study the bacteria carried by mosquitoes and flies in diary cow farm,34 mosquitoes and flies were collected respectively from 4 large-scale dairy farms in Guiyang city.The results showed that bacteria were isolated from 21 mosquitoes and 33 flies,with detection rates 61.76% and 97.1%.5 strains of E.coli,3 strains of Lebsiella,4 strains of Shigella,1 strain of Enterobacteriaceae,6 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis,2 strains of Staphylococcus saprophyticus and 32 undetermined species were identified in...
