| 摘 要： | 通过正交实验，研究了５种不同因素（ＩＡＡ、ＮＡＡ、ＢＡ、ＫＴ、ａｇａｒ）配歙地桑树叶的不定芽分化率的诱导，筛选出了最佳诱导桑树叶片不定芽分化率培养基为ＭＳ＋０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＩＢＡ＋２ｍｇ／Ｌ ＢＡ＋５ｍｇ／Ｌ ＫＴ＋６ｇ／Ｌ琼脂。

| Abstract: | The effects of four kinds of plant regulators (IBA,NAA,BA,KT) and agar on adventitious buds' differentiation of mulberry leaves were investigated using Orthogonal design method.The best differentiation of adventitious buds was obtained on MS+0 2 mg/L IBA+2 mg/L BA+5 mg/L KT+6 g/L agar. |
